Oil, Watercolor, and Acrylic - it's all in this section. 2003 was the year Carl tried to hone in on his particular niche in the art community. By the year's end he zeroed in on acrylic painting as his favorite media. Oh, Carl won his first ribbon in 2003 too.

Carl spent more hours than ever in 2003 working on his art. Interestingly, at the same time the quantity of paintings has declined. Some of his paintings took Carl 2 months to complete as he spent 2 hours several evenings each week enjoying his hobby.
