"Persistence", Watercolor
11" X 14" Watercolor Paper

In this session Carl washed in the rocks and hillside. Carl is continuing to use a fast and slopping method, quickly scrubbing in the main features.

In the next session Carl says he'll start working on the image details, trying to define the lava rock shoreline.

This painting is being created onto Montval (R) Watercolor Block (Canson) 12X16 140 lb. Cold Press White Paper

This project is an original watercolor painting Carl made based on a reference image of a Hawaiian Shore.
