It has been nearly a month since Carl worked on this drawing. He was real anxious to get back to it. As you can see elsewhere at this website, Carl enjoyed a great vacation in Minneosta the last week of June and he's been preoccupied with all the planning and packing so he didn't work on this drawing during those weeks. Now Carl is re-energized and looking forward to several new art projects in the coming months. He got some intriguing reference photos while he was on vacation. In the drawing session this evening Carl brought the sky down to the bottom of the image. Next he's got to detail the trees.
