"Pelicans' Kitchen"

This shot was taken after a couple of hours when Carl painted in a soft sky. The sky is a soft blend of whites, grays and blues - very subtle to sit quietly in the background of the painting.

This project is another original painting inspired by a vacation photograph
taken on Pelican Lake, Orr, MN, while Carl was staying
at the Aspen Resort during the Summer of 2003.
